Hi, my name is Hannah, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. I started this healing Protocol in August, and after nine months, I can confidently say I’m almost fully recovered. Looking back, I never thought I’d be where I am today. I hadn’t been able to hold a job for years, and now, I’ve held one for nearly 11 months straight. That alone is a massive achievement for me.

Before I started this journey, I was struggling with my health on many levels. I’d been sick since I was seven, and it seemed like nothing would ever change. The Protocol I followed, though difficult at times, was incredibly helpful. It didn’t just improve my health—it gave me my confidence back.

The Challenge of Starting

When I first started, the program was hard. The first few weeks, especially with adjusting to the diet, were tough. It felt like such a big change to my lifestyle. But after a while, it became second nature. Instead of reaching for unhealthy snacks, I’d grab a carrot, celery, or some chicken. The longer I stuck with the program, the easier it got.

You’d think that by month seven, you’d get sick of the routine, but that wasn’t the case. By then, I thought to myself, "Why would I ever go back to how things were before?" I felt too good to return to old habits.

Advice for Others Starting the Program

If I could offer advice to anyone starting this Protocol, I’d say, stick with it. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you slip up or have a bad day. Sure, it’s not ideal to eat something outside of the plan, but it’s not the end of the world. The team supporting you through this process isn’t going to give up on you because of a mistake. They’re there to help you through the ups and downs.

How Far I’ve Come

When I started, I was at zero. Today, I feel like I’m at 98%—basically 100%! Of course, life has its own challenges, but health-wise, I feel amazing.
